Precision doesn't make better fins than anyone else. They're JUST FINS.

Find a way to prove me wrong and I'll stop picking on you guys for being stupid and illogical. Until then, I'm going to trust my college education...

Ebay does not make intercoolers. Other companies do. If ONE person in ONE thread made a post comparing their ONE brand of intercooler to a name-brand core, you can't exactly deduce anything conclusive about "ebay" intercoolers, now can you?

Uhh, yes they do...

Find a way to prove us wrong....

If one guy compared one brand of intercooler off of ebay he actually just compared all of them, becuase they are probably all out of the same factory... So yes, I can deduce my *** off.

Too bad school can't teach you how to not be an idiot, or an asshat for that matter.

This thread is stupid. There is no way anyone in here can make a claim that an Ebay core is any more or less efficient than another core without actually running a test. Claiming one way or the other just makes you look ignorant.

I should also note that not all Ebay cores are the same. General consensus is that SSAC intercoolers are very similar in visual quality to Precision/Garrett while the other ones seem to be lesser quality, but I'm sure there are exceptions to even that rule.

Legion, have you acually looked at a precision, garrett etc core?

and campared it to your ebay core. if you think there the same or even near the same your and idiot. i have looked at and seen both ran in my area.

it also must just be a coincidence that all the fast cars have ran nothing but garrett/precision cores?

i run a large ebay $100 intercooler on my 500whp integra with no problem. i also know many other high hp cars running ebay intercoolers. i have also had precision/garrett cores and the fins in ther are much more dencely packed. just but looking inside a garrett core you can tell there are much more fins be square inch.

do ebay intercoolers work well? YES
so presision/garrett intercoolers work better YES

I used to hate the "college boys" too, until I joined them and realized they were right all along... It's amazing how differently you view h-t threads when you have the education background to discredit nearly everything that gets pooped into this place.

First off, what did the English language ever do to you?!

Ah, you mean the cars with lots of financial backing and sponsorship? Right. I have NO idea why those cars would run only name brand parts .

Which is COMPLETELY beside the point, because you're still dwelling on a LOGICAL FALLACY. You quote my post, yet fail to understand it. I can't lay it out any simpler. As soon as you understand why that logic fails, you'll understand why your argument fails.
