I am not sure what size the H22 is, but here is what my sheet says:
Use ARP moly assembly lube only!

Bolt - Identification - Torque

7/16" ARP 8740 - 7/16" bolt head - 63 ft lbs
7/16" ARP 2000 - 7/16" bolt head - 75 ft lbs
7/16" ARP L-19 - 1/2" bolt head - 79 ft lbs
3/8" ARP 2000 - 7/16" bolt head - 43 ft lbs
5/16" ARP 2000 - 3/8" bolt head - 28 ft lbs

BFTD

i have some Eagle D-series H-beam rods (CRS5394H3D). the bolts have a 7/16" bolt head and are stamped with ARP 2000. however, i am not sure if they are the 3/8" size bolt (43 ft. lbs.) or the 7/16" size bolt (75 ft. lbs.) though. from what i've read, it seems like it should be the 3/8" size bolt but i keep getting confused with the old posts about Eagle's old rod bolts. thanks.

Are you sure these rod bolt torque #'s are correct. I know for B-series they are far less. 75ftlbs sounds like head bolt torque specs.
