Default E85 On Single Walbro 255?

I read a few threads about this but was wanting some current info cause the thread I was reading was from a few years back. Ok I get tuned next Monday and I am going back forth between tuning on E85 and 93.

B16 Head
GSR Block with Supertech 9:0:1 pistons and Eagle Rods
LS Crank as well as LS rods. I deleted the oil squirters
PTE 1000CC injectors along with Walbro 255 fuel pump
AEM fuel rail
Holset H1C
Ram Horn Manifold
2.5 inch downpipe
ARP Headstuds
Race Bearings

My power goal is to reach at least 400-450 hp. I know with the turbo I got that might be pushing it so, I was wondering is E85 feasable with a single Walbro or will I need to go full Blown to see 450 horsepower with an e85 tune

To answer your question, a single 255 lph will be enough for 450 whp on e85 that's the good news. The bad news is your turbo most likely will not be able to achieve 450 whp. The most I could get with that turbo is 430 whp. Either way, 400+ whp is a lot of fun.

yea I figured the turbo would probably max out around that hp range lol. Im going to tune on E85 and enjoy it for a little while. Now I have had my car sitting for a while and it has 93 in it at the moment. How should I go about getting the rest of the 93 out and putting the new E85 in before tune

this has been covered numerous times. ive had and helped build a few cars that have made over 500whp on e85 a single 255 and 1000cc's. you might want to upgrade the downpipe to 3" too.

Correct its the 8 Blade and I think (I may be wrong) but it has the standard 12^cm cover on it.
