run the same A/F that you would tune to with gasoline, I am by no means a tuner but I have done a good amount of A/F adjustments on my own car, which I have sitting in the 11.5 area at 20+lb.

E85 is hard to beat for its performance/dollar ratio.
The only downsides IMHO are the decrease in fuel efficiency and (depending on location) availability.
As far as materials go, ethanol promotes oxidation sites on aluminum, forming aluminum oxides that can chew up valveseats and cause some interesting deposits on exhaust valves. Natural rubber is also a no-no with any organic solvent, but is hardly used in any fuel lines anymore. There is a good writeup here on H-T about E85 compatibility, can't seem to find the link right now...
I am doing my senior thesis on switching our Formula program over to "flex fuel". We are using a DTA-FAST ECU (S80-Pro) that has support for the GM Ethanol/Alcohol sensor, so it can continuously adjust fuel delivery and ignition advance depending on the alcohol content in your gas tank.

are you going to be running striaght e85 or mixing it? Because right now my talon is tune with e85/93 running 25lbs of boost and i'm loving it.
