Default E85 Fuel Pump sizing

I think I will be going with 1200cc precision injectors for my E85 turbo setup.
I will be making around 350 WHP and then after I build my bottom end around 500 max.
I don't want to have to upgrade anything and only buy it once.

With all that in mind what can I use for a fuel pump setup?

I was thinking of going with the inline Aeromotive A1000 which is good up to 1000HP on turbo setups. My question is, do I have to upgrade my in-tank pump as well?

Any other ideas ?

I am trying to keep the cost down so I can be boosted sooner . . . .

Also, Since I am using Low Impedance injectors will a OEM Honda resistor box suffice? Do I really need to buy a AEM Peak & Hold Injector Driver?

Damn! You're making more HP then I need, lol. How do those inline pumps work? Do I need to upgrade my in-tank pump? Do I have to get a after market fuel pressure regulator?

says you can use -8 lines so i guess you could ide probly be cautiouse of the pump you use though a single bosh 044 could probly work well

What about the Aeromotive A1000? I was thinking of adapting from -8AN to -6AN to it.

Nevermind. The bosch is cheaper! I was going to make all my own lines and fittings with JEGS 200 series

That kit comes with all the lines and fittings. Is the Bosch better quality?

For 350whp, a Walbro 255lph is the obvious choice; however for 500 whp on E85, it may start to run out. With the direct wiring setup, it should be able to support more, but i'm not sure 500whp is in the cards. You could look into the dual in-tank walbro...

dual 044's and have no moe fuel pump needs man

the a1000 really isnt ideal for dailey unless you do like i did and get the 300 dollar voltage regulator so you dont burn the pump up.

dual wally's is ok, but most I have talked to says the 044's is the best way to go

So your saying you just made 630hp on regular RC1000's w/ E85? Doesnt something sound funny about that to you? I know ID1000's at 100psi base are not good for much over 600hp on E85 and they flow 1500cc's... what kind of dyno?

I guess your trap will tell us if your really making that kind of hp....

So I could get away with using a Walbro 255 for now making 350 whp and add a 044 when I build my bottom end and turn up the boost?

Our dual walbro kit has been supporting high horsepower evos and hondas with e85. This gives you the option of not having to sump your fuel, running a loud pump, and dealing with fuel pump controllers.

I really dont need to talk to him, I just know roughly how many cc's of Injector it takes to make Xhp on E85 (granted every engine's bsfc is different)... so basically your RC1000cc Injectors will still have enough fuel for 800+hp if you were running Gas, and we all know thats not possible... especially with a plain A1000, if your dyno is on then your RC1000's are flowing 1500+cc's!

I went 11.01@137 in a 2500lb car with 500hp (16psi creeping to 20) and I was out of fuel at redline with RC1000's @50psi base, twin 255hp's in series and upgraded lines.... 630hp should get you close to or at 150mph so we shall see, not nit picking just stating the facts that I know
