Hey Dave just tune it yourself at UTI. You only need $1,010 in parts and maybe you will get lucky and UTI has a spare lap top and pray there dyno has wideband. I'm sure it does. If not just buy one. They are only like $750-1200. Then you can just go tune it on the streets.
PM Jeff or Jerry. Tell him as a favor for being such a patient customer, they have to meet you in AZ @ UTI and tune the car for you.

honsetly theres no one in phoenix readily availible id trust to tune my ECU but myself. tuning it yourself with keith might be a good learning experience. keith knows hondata well. (streetflight)
i would never trust anyone whos racecar has an FMU to "tune" my car.
One of our good friends is a teacher at UTI.. do you know Big Glen?
Being that you are in MD, i say drive to syracuse and visit torin (Gruvytune on honda-tech) Hes good.
When youre in PHX you should sotp by our shop! We dont have a storefroint, its just a big building filled with tubeframes and a ton of LS1s but you should stop by anyway, being at UTI you might like that sorta thing

Thanks for the invite ill definatly do that. The reason i am tuning in AZ is because i wont have my turbo yet (the housing is on backorder) but i still need to get there for school. But you guys have been more than helpful. I dont know anyone at UTI yet but its cool to know people that are attending there or people who know people attending there. But geoff where is your shop located???
we are located in Mesa, right off the 202. I didnt want walkin customers so we are situated in the middle of an industrial park in the middle of nowhere.
Are you already familiar with the greater PHX area and its associated highways? Oh i forgot, there is a kid who attends UTI that works parttime at our shop doing various jobs.

Well if you need anymore help at the shop
But no i am not familiar with the highways at all. I am coming out there about two weeks in advance to move in and figure out how to get from place to place. Ill definatly come check out the shop though. the first few days i will not have to much to do.

Locash Racing isn't a shop it a person. His name is Joe! Joe acutualy works for HASport and is a very busy person. Joe sells Hondata stuff, but I haven't heard of him tuning anything. He is a good guy and had/has parts for sale on occassion. A few other shops in town "claim" to tune. SRD uses a company called Technodyne. Technodyne is not involved in imports, they work with Porsche products and cars. Streetflight in Mesa is a good place to tune, I've done a bunch of tuning there with my car and others. Keith is a good guy and prices are good. A new shop in town called Dyno-Comp. They have the only AWD dyno and they seem to talk a good game and have some good horsepowered Subie's and also a new EVO. Import Powerhouse also has a dyno, but I don't know anything about there skills as far as tuning. Best of luck, I've wanted to mess with the Hondata, but I would only do it on my own car, I don't mess with others dreams, I only destory my own. Later Allen
