I know this is a dumb ? but hear me out. I am in the process of putting a turbo on my civic. I have a cold air intake can i go ahead and put the bov on. I want to get it out of the way so everything will be ready and all i have to do is install the turbo and go. If not why.

 

technically, yes you can but i would not. from my assumptions you do not know how to piece together a turbo kit because you are asking the question. here's a link to help you
