DSM install... Do i need to modify rubber ring at bottom?
Gonna install some dsm and was wondering if i have to buy a different rubber boot for the bottom. I saw something about getting a different one because of height differences and enlarging the hole...Do i have to do this?

Good idea, but, not a good idea if the manifold is on the car... I use the top part of a 2 litter soda bottle, also the perfect size :D

This is how i did it, i put the injectors in the holes just squeezed them in halfway as far as i could get them, put the fuel rail on top of the injectors and put the nuts on teh fuel rail, tightened it until it was tight and when i tightened teh fuel rail nuts it seated the injectors in perfectly. I didnt dremel the seals, waste of time.

I used the stock honda orings. Just find somthing to mount the ring on outside of the car, and take a sanding drum and just lightly take some rubber off, just keep going back and forth from the manifold and sanding until you have just the right fit. You should be able to do it so the slide in w/just a little bit of force.
I just found a piece of circular rod that was the right diameter to mount the
o-rings on then put it in a vice and went to town w/a dremel.
Sanding them in the intake manifold would work, but make sure its not on the car when you are doing this.
