Re: DSM injectors question (TiAL)
the only difference between the blue tops and the black tops are the spray pattern. The blue tops have a single-spray pattern disc nozzle and the black tops have a dual-spray pattern disc nozzle. Everything else is the same

Re: (scartail)
I bought sets from $25 to $40, mainly to sell to other people.
OBD1 honda clips will go right on after you grind a little tab from inside the dsm injectors' clip. Its between the two electrical contacts, off to one side.
Then there's the issue with seals. DSM injectors are a slight different size than stock injectors.

Re: (HiProfile)
I'm curious to know if these injectors will be a direct fit on my obd0 plugs? I have some at home and they seem to fit pretty good. I'm assuming I should be okay as long as I use a dremel on the rings and make sure I have my resistor box

you dont have to dremel anything. ive installed 4 different sets and never once modified the seals.
push them in as far as you can by hand
place fuel rail on top of injectors
start the nuts on the studs
tighten down slowly and evenly
the injectors should pop right in

Dude, your crazy, all it takes is for one of your injectors to come off and say goodbye to one out of 4 cyliners

He is not talking about no clips at all or the little metel ones
he is talking about the DSM clips
basically what he should have said is no I dont use the DSM clips. I use the OEM honda ones because they work just fine

DSM's never came with 440's. Its clearly stamped 450 if you look. If the pintle cap is cracked, there's always that chance it could fall off and be injested, or spin around and disrupt the spray pattern.
