i have access to a big 16g turbo so that i can turbo my b16. i know that i would have to get a custom manifold for a evo 16g to fit but i can't find any info about the big 16g. what kind of manifold flange will i need?

Mitsubishi TD05 flange, just with a larger inlet. Let's see....

Here: http://www.roadraceengineering...s.htm

They have the inlet and downpipe flanges you will need.

Hmm i'm not sure either whats the flange on greddy turbos but big 16g has mitsu flange also whats your power goals those turbos have made 400whp on dsms so its nasty little turbo.

Big 16g uses DSM Square flange. NOT THE SAME AS GREDDY which uses T25 flange.
SFP Makes manifolds that work

that is correct. A DSM turbo will not fit a nissan T25 housing, which is what a greddy turbo uses. I actually have a pic of one.. the only difference is the housing really.

It is the turbo right infront of the box, with a massive port. The housing below is a super 16G and the housing to the left is a ported 16G with a bigger wastegate flapper.

Just some random junk I have laying around.

Did you ever use that super 16g (T3 flange btw if it's from hahn racecraft) It so how was spool/power output compared to the EVO3 turbo?
My setup has the Super 16 Td05h 10cm housing (d16z6 77mm 10:1 comp) and I'm a bit worried about spool...

That is the exhaust side that is going on my stock Z6, so I will let you know then.
