Default DSM 450 O-Rings

I finally got my turbo in my ej1 and everything set up, but after 14 hours of straight work figured I'd save my injectors for the next day (it was 5 am after all... Not to bad for just about everything in a day). I was planning on dremeling out my lower O ring seals but can't find anybody with a damn dremel in south jersey (if you have one hook a broski up). I was going to file them for a temp fit, but I honestly would rather buy ones that work this way I don't have any leaks (all this money into my turbo I'd rather not rig it). Do you guys buy the integra green ones and dremel them to make them sit flush, or should I just buy stock eclipse 450 ones? I might try to do "the oil around the O ring and tighten the fuel rail down" but that seems pretty... rigged

i know mines a lude, but i'm pretty sure its still the same.

i too originally thought i had to dremel out the rubber injector seals for the DSM's, so i did that to my first set, and they wouldn't stop leaking. so last month i posted the problem on cb7t, and they insisted i didn't hafta do any dremeling/modding to either the plastic or rubber injector seals. just put vasoline/oil on the base of the injectors, put the fuel rail on, then your gonna need to wedge it down to start the nuts on the studs.

so thats exactly what i did, and no more leaking injectors!!!

yeah thats what I was considering but at the same time, is it really that good of an idea to rub vasoline and oil on injectors? I was going to do it then I thought to myself, should I put oil where gas goes? Where you at in NJ!? haha if you're south I probably saw you drivin around

there is nothing wrong with putting oil on the seals otherwise you risk tearing them if they are dry, I also have never had to use a dremel to install dsm injectors.

yea not alotta honda dudes up north (at least in the rural areas) but when you do find them, they're usually nastyyyyyyy.

LMK if you fix the problem. you shouldn't need to dremel anything.

Im going to put them in tomorrow. Had worst luck ever with connectivity testers- somehow managed to get 2 different ones that didn't work (seriously, eff those 4 dollar ones cheap ones) so hopefully I'll get them in tomorrow. I finally fixed my boost problem (coupler fell off) and now I need to figure out how to get my .50 trim to spool faster... haha I would have preferred something smaller but got to love them bro deals
