Close to every downpipe I see it's set up as if the exhaust side of the turbo is going to be on the passengers side, but I'm pretty sure my exhaust side is going to be on the drivers side for me.

Placement of the compressor/exhaust housing is usualy due to wanting to keep A/C and P/S... it doesnt matter what the manifold looks like unless its specifically designed to have a housing on a certain side... that manifold would most likley work both ways aside from a little block shaving needed with certain turbo applications.
