Would a drag downpipe or spooling one give me the clearance i need?

The reason your downpipe doesn't fit is most likely because its eBay junk. If you do get a new downpipe, you could just turn your turbo around so the compressor faces the driver's side to avoid the clearance issue.. but from the pics it looks like you figured that out.

Take off the a/c bracket or mount the turbo the other way.

Already have no A/C, What if i mount the turbo the other way, whats a good downpipe that would fit whent the exhaust side of the turbo is facing the passenger side?

You could've saved yourself a lot of trouble if you'd gotten a downpipe made specifically for that manifold(it looks like a BLOX), rather than buying a random downpipe and hoping it'll fit. You could probably get that downpipe modifed to work, but if it's one of those typical eBay "universal" ones that it looks like it is, you're probably better off having one fabricated locally. If that is indeed a BLOX manifold, plenty of people(Spoolin Performance, for instance) make downpipes for them.
