Default donwpipe?

would i be able to run a 2.5 inch downpipe than have a 3 inch apexi n1 exhaust without any problems? would i have to have a car sound cat?

Fabricate a 2.5" to 3" reducer post downpipe. Ditch the cat as it will affect the performance.
