Default Does BOV need VAC or Pressure?

I got my bov hooked to a fitting I tapped in my charge pipes. Someone told me that it was supposed to run off pressure. I'm wondering if I should put it on my brake booster. So if anyone could clear this up for me I'd appreciate it.

It needs both vacuum and boost, you should hook it up to the intake manifold. The boost will hold it shut while you are on the throttle. The vacuum will help open the valve up when you get off the throttle.
