Does the AVC-R control fuel?
I just bought a new car and it came with an AVC-R boost controller. The vacuum lines are run, so boost isn't adjustable. After a little boost creep one night, the motor blew and I am waiting to replace it when my next engine comes in.
I planned on dyno tuning the engine once I get my new replacement, but I didn't think the AVC-R controlled fuel. I have a friend selling an SAFC-II for pretty cheap, and I figured I would pick it up until I could afford a standalone. I'm investing in forged internals on the next round, so standalone will have to wait.
The car is a 96 200SX Se-R, t3/t4 with stage 3 wheel at 15 psi. All fuel mods and things like that are swapped to support the setup (550cc, front mount, fuel pump, ect.)
Not a Honda, but hey I just need to know what tunes! Thanks.
