does anyone have evidence that compression affects spool time??
It doesnt make sense to me. I would think spool times has more to do with the turbo and exhaust size and not the motors compression. but I can see higher compression making more overall HP and TQ. does anyone have actual proof becuase I think its just a myth.

A bigger bore increases displacement, which spools the turbo faster. In itself, bore will make a change in spool, just as compression does. When you add them up it's a fairly noticable difference. 8:1 81mm vs 10:1 84mm is very noticable.
