who cares? if it works well, the point with a turbo is certainly not a cosemetic one. I'd don't care what it looks like, as long as it gets me going-- this works in several areas

Most people don't buy it for looks, it is what it is. You want your engine bay to look "pretty" then buy something that is "pretty" and enjoy your car shows.
BTW your attempt at humor in your sig feel short... way short. I'd change it if you don't want to look like a retard... or wait... what was the title of this thread again? Oh that's right nevrmind about the looking stupid part, it's too late for that.

theres no doubt about you can buy a cooler looking kit. but greddy is about as cheap and mild as it gets. dont expect anything too crazy there.
also, the point of a turbo kit is to gain some power

i don't think the greddy kit is cheap, its actually a very high quality kit. I got mine for 2200 without intercooler. im expecting to make 300whp with the kit with some tuning as well.
-i agree in the fact that greddy is mild, as in, not all top end power, but it has the power characteristics that would keep alot of people happy. (ie. torque curve). and the lag isn't that bad at all

I hope you bought an intercooler. 300whp on that little heat pump is a lot, I think FalconGSR had over 300 on that setup, but very few people choose to take it that far. It will take excellent tuning to hit 300+ safely with a Greddy kit on a stock block.

Yeah the mani is ugly and a bitch to put on but it gives great power at 6psi break tires loose all the time if you use the heat shield that comes with it there is nothing that is ugly about it, it is a clean kit that gives good power and a great price i love mine but the mani and turbo are being swapped out for something much much larger.

i personally think it looks good. nice and simple... thats y i got one.. the install of a greddy kit is sooo easy and a 15g spools up real nice and quick..
