DIY MBC question

Has anyone done a DIY MBC? if so how does it work? does it hold boost or spike? and if you could post the site you did it from please.

just order one from ebay... 10 bucks works wonders...but from what i have heard the DIY ones do work pretty well.

I have one. Its a Brass T with 3 female openings. Was less than $15 all together. Holds boost real nice.
