I figured out that i coudl use some weldable bends aquired from a local industrial plumbing store, they got the T's and hte 90's and hte 45's etcc. I never really got to do it on my rex, but I wanted to do the same thing. If you want some good pics, check out homemadeturbo.com It is the quintessential site for this kind of stuff! Good luck!

I used **** from Home Depot to make this. The plates are for strength...I learned the hard way about that...just use your imagination Its easy to do really, just need the flanges...

Tinker219 again....
I used a total of 6 weldable 90's, and custom bent #3 and 4 exhaust port pipes...took a total of 4 hours including drilling out the flange(I work at a machine shop, unfair advantage). Total cost...$54. You likeee?

Re: DIY manifold ? anyone? (project dc2)
Well, I got everything from a plumbing supply store. The flanges you could buy from Cheapturbo.com...$60 for the head flange, and around $30 for the turbo flange. I also bought some T's from this place, and I am making a log style for my brothers civic. That might take me an hour start to finish, and it will be just like MaxRevs log-style. Once you can weld, the sky is the limit on what you can do...oh ya, and finding supplies. Good luck!

For the DIYers, if you guys need some head flanges I have some very high quality for all heads. B, D, H, K, and F series motors.
$65 + shipping for 1/2"
$55 + shipping for 3/8"
Look for these flanges on many of the top manifolds in the near future...

Here is my first attemp at a manifold, so please do not flame. It's not finished and just a mock up of what I'm attempting to do. Welding sucks(J/K).HaHaHa.
