i recently boosted my car 2000 hx with the greddy kit only running 5psi... today i noticed my distributor is making a rattling sound... Probably needs replacing i was just wondering if this was due to me boosting or you think it would've happened anyways...

Probably just due to wear. Nothing your turbo could do to your dizzy.

 

I have taken the cap off it looks fine would i need to take it all off to inspect it further?

 

Pull the dizzy off and check it for wear on the cam drive. Also check the cam, i've seen them wear pretty badly before.
