Default Different companies,different answers,same engine

As in my screen name, I have a 95 accord lx 2.2 I4. I've got I/H/E, and the bottom end is stock. I plan on upgrading the fuel and ignition systems. I'm wanting to buy a N2o kit. N.O.S. says that dry the right way to go due to the fact that honda intake manifolds were not meant to flow fuel, only air. It cause puddling and possible top fires, and uneven distribution, which would cause the 1 & 2 cyl. to lean out. Plus they say that they make kits for specific engines whereas NX makes a universal kit for imports.

NX says that because of their nozzels the issues above are not an issue at all with their kits. They say that their nozzles provide complete atomization of the n2o and fuel, which would make for even distribution. They say their kit is much safer than a dry kit, because you don't have to rely on the solonoid tricking the ecu into providing more fuel while spraying. I'm wanting to but a kit real soon and want to get the right application. I only want to buy it one time. What is your take on this issue? Thanks in advance.

How much nitrous do you plan on running? I am a fan of direct port wet kits. Nitrous express has generally been shown to make a little more (2-3whp) power than the NOS dry kits at the same 50 shot. Both are good systems, but both will blow your motor if you misuse them.

Given the option, I would go nitrous express. Their nozzle supposedly atomizes the fuel, turning it into a mist that shouldn't puddle. Even if some fuel did remain in the intake tracts, it would get sucked into the engine at some point anyway. But like I said, I think either system would work. Obviously NOS isn't going to say "nitrous express kits are great, go buy theirs!" and vice versa.

No more than a 75 shot, on stock internals.

personally i wouldnt run nitrous on that motor with stock internals.

read these comments from a turbo/SC thread. nitrous should be considered the same as a turbo / SC.
