Default Differences between Piston's concerning heat transfer?

Hallo,

can anyone tell me if (and if yes - what) there is a difference between the common pistons concerning the heat transfer?

because if you have a Superdeck with ls crack on a b16 etc... from what i know you have to remove the oil squirters.

but with a bit research i found out that forged pistons don't need them any more because they have a better heat transfer... but i'am interested in how differente the common pistons (JE, Arias, CP etc...) are in this topic.

Thanks
Malte.

Well, typically the piston manufacturer that uses more silicone in their forges has better heat expansion properties but also sacrifices some strength.

CP and Weisco are my favorites.
