dieing when coming out of a pull
b18c1, tuned using Neptune on a pr4
running 1000cc injectors, walbro 255, 10 psi, t3/t04 h trim
its an 00 integra gsr, but that shouldn't matter
im having an issue with the car dieing when I push the clutch in after a high rpm pull, nothing too crazy just some spirited driving, sometimes happens when im not even coming off of boost, im trying to figure out why the ecu is incapable of keeping the car idling at its target 900 rpm, the car runs great, idles fine, when just cruising around.
Moderators : if this belongs in the ecu section please move it I couldn't decide, and my buddy thinks the problem is bov related so I put it here

Re: dieing when coming out of a pull
it could also be the sign of a bearing starting to go (worst case) The friction from a damaged/worn bearing can actually cause the motor to die when the clutch is depressed from any rpm, car reaches idle rpm and it doesn't stop, just dies
check your oil for bearing debris

Re: dieing when coming out of a pull
Has this been an issue from The beginning or a developing issue ? What flywheel is in the car ? What throttle body? What map sensor? Is tps calibrated properly if TB is aftermarket ?

Re: dieing when coming out of a pull
7.5 lb fidanza, unsure of throttle body
car runs pretty good ... I seem to be getting less than desirable fuel economy, but I have been in boost almost everytime ive been driving it, below 20mpg if my fuel guage is correct, im gonna take it easy and see how the rest of this tank averages out.

Re: dieing when coming out of a pull
First problem right off the bat is the 7.5 flywheel. You will need to bump up the idle speed in order to compensate for that stupid flywheel. Go into neptune and add duty to the iacv if that still doesnt work unplug the iacv while car is running and adjust throttlebody idle set screw untill your idle come sup a couple hundred and then make adjustments with the iscv duty in the software again
