I have a D16Y8 motor with a bol ton Greddy turbo kit. Lately the cars lacking some power and it won't boost to 5psi which is the stock Greddy setting. I did a compression test and here are the numbers.

CYL 1, 149psi, second test 150 psi
CYL 2, 150 psi, second test 150 psi
CYL3, 148 psi, second test 144 psi
CYL 4, 142 psi, second test 141 psi

Do I have a head gasket problem or is there more. I do have some oil building up in my coolant. Need major help to decide what to do.
