i know theres a lot of people here that don't care for them but i have a questions.

i just bought a used one and i don't know much about them.
Should i be able the push the round O flanfe on the bottom ?
i have the turbonetics bolt on adapter flange that bolt onto the manifold with it , should i be able to push down on the O and have it move ?
it doesn't move at all. can they seize up inside ?

it's really stiff, but yeah..you should be able to do it.
