Default Deka 630cc injectors

Will these require a resistor box on my y8 running a p28 ecu?

Those are siemen Deka Mototron 630cc injectors. You'll not need a resistor box to run those. Those are very good flowing injectors for what they are. good to use.

Thank's for the info! I just bought a z6 manifold with these injectors and an AEM fuel rail, fpr and fuel pressure gauge for 100.00.
I'd say it was a pretty good score!

Now off for some research on the resistor box needed.

Standard resistor pack from an 88-91 Honda Accord or CRX will work. Or you can get individual resistors for the injectors.

The individual resistors look hideous on a wiring harness due to their size, also I've seen them heat up enough to melt through the harness sheathing and surrounding wiring

I might have one of those accord resistor boxes, it looks like a Twinkie right? I've also ft got a DSM one as well, the nicer one that is basically a big heat sink.

YES. Those are the standard Siemens, and not the Mototron series, like above. When it says Low Impedence, that's the clue that they need a resistor box.

I have those in my TA Integra for over 9 years. still strong, very fast flowing. The FJO driver acts as a resistor box.

The link to the website says they are high impedance injectors so a resistor box is NOT necessary...

The Alamo Motorsports link uses the standard Peak/Hold injector style. Low impedance injector driver (FJO) AND Siemens deka injectors. That style is a peak/hold injector.

The Mototrons are High Impedence.
