its basically downloading all your ECU's information on to your computer to see how it functions and you can monitor it. I always wanted to do it but I never understood it fully but it is a cool tool to have I think.

there is a 4 pin header on your ecu, i belive it's labeled as Cn2. you need to add 4 wires to it if i can rember, and you must have the ecu chipped and data logging enabled... it's been a while since i have messed with data logging... check http://www.pgmfi.org

first and foremost you'll have to educate yourself on the how to's and understandings an ecu. "how do i chip my ecu?" types of questions will most likely be ignored. The guys that created and developed the links below provide the information for free so donate something if you decide to use their work. its only fair.
