Running 9.07 at 155mph with auto tranny. Whats the world coming to.... 2.4 liter with turbo and nos. Did anyone get to see the neon run this weekend in NJ it was insanely fast.

 

that thing is amazing, maybe thats what all those neons around my way with Euro Type R sitckers a shooting for.

 

Yeah me and turbolude saw that Forward Motion Neon at
the Va Battle Of the Imports I gave them props and a pat on
the back when we went to the drivers meeting since the
finals was rained out! Oh yeah since turbolude saw
that Neon he's been dreaming of obtaining his girlfriends
Auto Neon also and put a big ironingboard Fast and the
Furious wings on it just like all the peeps at the street
races! :D I think he bought a standalone to put on it!
He's at home now trying to figure out how to get his DRAG 2
to fit on it. :D

Yeah..wouldn't you hate to see a real Dodge motor with a turbo...or two. Maybe a 360 with a couple of T25's would do the trick

 

if it is a mitsu motor, what auto tranny is it bolted to? curious...

 

i saw that thing run on sunday... that thing is pretty damn quick! there was a good round of people out on sunday at e-town... rado, myles, kubo, the ecko car, etc...

btw... what was rado's best time to date... he ran an 8.9 on sunday

 

he ran a best time of 8.904 in san antonio

The dodge caravan tranny is bolted on to the car. Its pretty nice setp

 

mitsubishi tranny built by (forget companys name) to hold over 400lbs of torque

Just another part of the DSM family. Just this one is not awd and it's fast.

 

Damn when did he break into the 9's.I thought Steve Lockett was the only Neon into the 9's.Was it a chassis car or street?Anywoo great time bro
