Why the hell does my romeditor keep frezzing my computer? Is there something Im missing , I have Win98 and it says it should work with that , I have the Romeditor2.5 becuase I have the 4B , does anyone have an idea as to what the issue is .

 

do close other programs in the background when running romeditor? i dont have romeditor, but i do know about computers, and most likely it is something on your computer conflicting. maybe close Anti-virus programs that are always running, and other misc stuff running in the background.
I have not seen other people complaining about romeditor freezing, so i am assuming it is your computer, but could be the software. Have you tried a fresh install of the romeditor (delete and reinstall)?

 

It sounds like your computer, man. I've used ROM Editor 2.5 on probably 5 different machines and have never had a problem. It's worked fine for me under Win98 and WinME.

i did try to uninstall and reinstall and sti,l same thing , so now i totally took everything from hondata off and will try it again there is nothing else running that i knew of , but prob the antivirus and stuff .lemme try that

ok i tried loading it again on my computer and same **** , i triedon my girlfriends parents comuter with the exact same o/s and everything worked great, so there is something on our computer that is corrupting the program. i just gotta find out what it is
