Don't judge psi by hp
What type of turbo are you using?
You can use a oem head gasket IMO
I don't much about xtd clutches, my neighbor has one and he is having issues

T3/T4 turbocharger (.48 trim) = solid choice
Stainless turbo Manifold = don't need one, just get a nice cast manifold will get the job done
2.25" Downpipe = I'd say get 2.5" at min on any turbo honda2" charge pipe (will probably run a smic) = don't run SMIC when decent FMIC 18x6x2.5 are only about $80-100
Half sized aluminum radiator and slim fan
PNP'd B20 head with domed supertech valves = keep it stock don't waste money Stock intake mani and tb = use the money that you were going use on the head for a BLOX or Skunk2 IM.... Stock is fine for under 350whp or so.
Stock LS bottom end
Stainless braided oil lines = stealthmode performance oil lines FTW
XTD Stage 2 kevlar clutch = nice, but i'd get a 6puck just for durablity
Resurfaced factory flywheel
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
460cc High Impedance injectors
Cometic 81mm Head Gasket = OEM HG
ARP Head Studs
Golden Eagle Vacuum Block
MSD Distributor Cap, MSD External 2 blaster, MSD Ignition Box = ditch that **** and stock igniton is the way to go...
NGK 8mm Plug Wires
NGK BKR7E Plugs
2.5" manifold back stainless exhaust, hollow cat, to 4" outlet
Battery Relocated to the trunk = keep battery in the front where weight is needed... 38mm Emusa Wastegate = never heard of EMUSA
InlinePro Blow off Valve
Ball and Spring Manual Boost Controller = hallman, grimspeed are the only 2 I reccomend or use for MBC.

for the most part you did your homework...
skip on the head work unless it's free. If you want to do anything to the head get new valveseals and rocketmotorsports snap fit valvesprings (keep stock retainers & seats) for insurance of over reving.

MSD is completely not needed. OEM is good up to +500whp.
Save money for when your ignitor goes out, that's about all you have to worry about with stock honda ignition.

Thanks for the replies. I already invested in the MSD set up so I guess im just going to have an over-kill ignition. I dont have a traction bar and already have tapped the oil pan and dont have a problem with the return line. I was considering the battery relocation just simply for engine bay clean-up and so that Id have somewhere to mount the MSD **** and my aftermarket coolant reservoir. Wasnt as much worried about weight and any actual performance gains or losses by doing this. I already have an fmic set up but was really considering going smic in order to shorten the charge pipe length and also to get more air circulating in the engine bay (due to no longer having a big *** intercooler blocking anything). I have also consider keeping PSI around 10.

Need more injector for 14 lbs. I'd say. I ran safe with 750's on 8 lbs.

I actually ended up going with 500cc high-impedance flowmatched injectors. The only thing really left I think is my tune and maybe in the future I will purchase a better IM.
