Default d17a2 Turbo Project

Hey Guys I am starting to piece together a kit for 05 civic coupe. I am wanting to boost around 7-8 psi. I just finished helping my friend build his f22 turbo and it is a beast! but before I get to setting everything up I wanted to know if anyone new anything about what kind of fuel setup I should use...we were wondering if the stock rsx injectors would supply the fuel needed and if there were any fitment issues as well as if the stock fuel rail would work.....if anyone with d17a2t setups have any advise i would love to hear from ya.

Easy solution, leave it returnless, use RSX injectors, which are plug and play. No guarantees on how much power they can hold, Im making 177 and they're at 94% duty, it seems to vary. I've seen em max at as little as 163 WHP and get up into the high 180s/low 190s before running out.
More complex but definitely better is to weld a fitting on the rail and convert it to a return system with a firewall mounted regulator, mod the pump cage for a Walbro 255 and bypass the regulator in the tank. With an e-manage your max is really the RSX injectors, the correction factor for 440s is so huge that the car won't idle. Since everyone's given up on that motor, your only other plug and play option for management is an AEM, which will do anything you want, but at the EMS price.
As far as the fit, the injectors fit, but you'll need to get new studs for the rail since the RSX ones are longer.
As far as the fit of the rest of the parts ... um have fun. Its a tight squeeze everywhere. You'll likely need to use a same side inlet/exit IC to keep your air conditioner, the compressor and what not is in the way otherwise and there's little room to get around it.
Its a real pain to get it all in there, but it does fit.

I dont have a pic, its a mess under there and I dont really want to post it in a disaster state.
For now I'm running the stock pump. I'm upgrading to a return and a walbro in the spring.
