Default d16z6 turbo setup

I am about to buy a d16z6 complete swap for my EG and ill have the motor out to put a turbo on it. a friend is going to let me use his any stock parts i need from his 1991 awd turbo lazer....i know ill need a turbo manifold, where can i purchase one of these for a 14b? also what kind of managment will i need? im only going to run 4 or 5psi so far. the head on the d16z6 is milled to keep that in mind. if i have all the parts from the lazer what else will i need? any sites that people have found helpful on this subject mater? and im kinda on a budget but the opportunity to use his busted lazer arose so i thought why not. thanx

4-5 psi wont work unless you modify the stock wastegate actuator which is set at about 7psi..or run a huge *** ic that will net such a pressure drop. You can do what I did and make a custom manifold or you can run a hf manifold with an adaptor plate for a 14b. Off the laser you may want the ic, the bov, the o2 housing(makes making the downpipe wayyyy easier), and the injectors. As far as fuel management, I run the afc hack tuned on a wideband and its been running awesome for me.

Personally, I have't tried these methods I just run it at the set 7psi.. but you can run the wastegate actuator off another car thats set a little lower or you can modify the stock actuator arm by shortening it. If you get the Blow off valve just make sure you get the flange for it off of the car as well so you can weld it onto your new piping. Piping you can find at jcwhiteny they sell mandrel bends in various sizes.
