Default d16z6 turbo problems

running a d16z6 with a probe turbo , running a freinds map for a t3 turbo at 11.5-12.0 afr so its rich in boost does this cause the car to surge and stutter at high boost?, can being rich cause you to throw a rod?, but runs fine in 3 friends cars but with a little bigger turbos.

same program as me and 2 others , but he is using a significantly smaller turbo, can a rich environment cause a motor to stutter or blow?

rich is better than lean....if you are running rich you are not going to detonate and blow your motor no

You can do damage from being over-rich

Bottom line is your trying to use a tune for one car on another with a different turbo, hence basemap not a tune.

Each individual setup is different
