Default D16z6 Total timing

How much total timing are you guys with built d16z6 running? I remember seeing a thread where someone said they were running 14-15ish but I cannot find it and that seems pretty low. I dont have an EGT guage to keep an eye on the temps with so I dont want to get too low. I am running 12 psi now and looking to go up to 15psi this weekend, where should I be starting out with timing? I am running 18-17 now and cannot hear audible detonation but my car is really loud too, am I pushing it?

I'm running 23* total at 14psi. Running pump-93 mix with Tolulene. One gallon per tank.

I run 17* at 10psi. This 150k stock Z6 burns a little oil so I don't want to push it on 93 octane until my new block is in.

I was running 25 on the hack for about 4 months and about 27 on uberdata for about a month on 9.5psi till she blew. (stock everything). I fucked up my columns by accident and ran a little too mch timing (obviously )

This time I'm running 20 on 10psi (when my BC's working) stock block and it should last a bit longer.

Hell, I even reused the same 100,000 mile headgasket too

DAMN LADY'SMAN! That's badass I can't wait to get the T3/T4 i guess What kinda gas was that on?

Where in Ladysman's image is the "Total Timing" figure at?
What column and row shows that figure?

don't you have a 60trim t3 now? you can easily make the same power with a 60trim t3. I would guess @ only a couple more psi, not that it matters. I bet 300whp on the 60 trim would feel better than the t3/t4 as long as it didn't level off too bad up top.

Yup i've got a 60 trim now. I just like the fact that the T3/T4's a little more efficient, That's all

You're right though.
