Yeah, but I am looking for a way that will exhibit the same properties as eagle rods (as far as strangth) but with out spending 300-400 dollars for rods. and even Tuner Toys are 300+shipping, which in my situation is a bit too much. Are these shot peened rods going to be okay running a T25 (a/r .48) turbo at about 18 psi? im hoping to be around 250-275 hp. Anyone have any opinion on these specific rods with that setup?

They aren't "stronger" than stock rods, they are more resistant to a failure from a crack radiating from a stress riser.

And if the point of shotpeening something is to make them more resistant to failure, what is that making them? That sounds a lot like making them stronger to me.
"Capable of withstanding force or wear; solid, tough, or firm"
To the OP: Sure, they might hold up and they might last, but Eagle/TT rods will hold up for sure and be reliable and you're not looking at much more money right now. If you don't have an extra 150 bucks right now to build it right, you're not going to have the money to rebuild it if it blows because of the cheaper rods.
