On the stock bottom end about 10 psi tuned w/ some sort of EMS.
VTC_Civic made 217whp @ 10psi w/ Hondata/440's. (I am unsure what he ran daily)
10-12 psi would be the limit on stock bottom end, this is tuned w/ Hondata of course.

Yea I'm not going to be radical. I just wanted to know what it can handle so when I go to the track I'll up it a bit. lol Thanks fellas. I was almost going to sell the sol and get a firebird or t/a but I decided to keep it and boost the sohc since it only has 50k miles.
Edit: Also, will the greddy kit fit my car? I know it will fit the engine but what about fitment wise in the engine bay?
