Default D16A good for a build or use undersized brearings?

hi guys

so a few months ago i spun all rod bearings, on my d16z6 i micropolished the cranck at the shop,

but when i masured the cranck it seems like i'm getting .003" clearance for the mains which is alot, so now i might get a complete 1997 D16A engine and rebuild it,

i know that all the parts are interchangeable but i was wondering if sombody knows if the d16a cranck is the same as a d16z6/9 zc?
does it have two holes for lubrication or only one like the y8?

thanks
