d15 rods for turbo setup
hello guys, a friend of mine decided to modify his d15 turbo setup but when we statred searching for forged d15 (5.279", 134 mm) rods we found out that not many manufacturers produce such rods. And d16 rods which are produced by most companies are 3 mm longer and probably won't fit. So my question is which rods would you recommend for our d15 turbo or maybe there some other solutions to our problem? we are on budget so crower rods (the only ones I'v found for d15) may be too expensive for us. thanks a lot.
when you find it, let me know... i'm looking for a set myself.. if not.. i'm gonna have my crankshaft supply thicken up my crank to fit the d16 rods.. of course i have to use a d15z1 or d15b vtec or a d16z6 or else my compression is too high

you are better off buying a 1.6 block and building it. for the cost of 1.5 rods you could buy a 1.6 block, Eagles, and have money left over
