Default D-series ninja needs help

i got a d16z6 boosting 10psi on a greddy kit with intercooler. the car overheated radiator cracked and white smoke started to come out of the breather on the head. I thought the somehting was wrong with the top half so i got a new gude head with turbo cam and a new head gasket. i also got a new metal radiator and changed all fluids. i finally put it all together last night and the same thing happens white smoke out of the breather and the car won't idle. is something wrong with the bottom of the block anyone come across this problem?

usually with burnt ringlands u have black smoke as well. my advice to u, is turbo rebuild if u can, cause if ur radiator is good then u gotta rip open the the block anyway
