Default D series manifold converted for B?

I have seen a few for sale posts in the past claiming to sell D series manifolds converted to work with a B series engine or both. How is this done?
Thanks for the info

I took an HF manifold(D-series) that had a DSM T25 welded on to it that came off a D15 and redrilled the holes to work on a B18A.

When installed, 2 bolts were missing and the exhaust ports didn't line up very well. It also had minor leaks on the edges. It worked good enough to run an 8.2@85 in the 1/8th mile at 15 psi of boost. Once the turbo let go, we switched to a real manifold.

If you want to be ghetto, you can do that, or you can spend the extra dough and just get a real turbo manifold.

It's ghetto but cost efficient.
