D series distributor insides??
Alright I am working a 00ex d16y8 thats been turbocharged and lately the car has been breaking up BAD under boost. I have changed out the plugs, wires, rotor and cap(took off the msd setup)and new coil and it still is breaking up. Well anyways yesterday I went to try and change out the ignitor and when I went to go pull it out and pull all the wires off one is missing completely. It is the blu1 wire in the diagrams for a tec distributor. I am wondering if there was supposed to be a wire there and the diagram is just wrong or if there is supposed to be one where the hell in the pinout on the plug is the one wire I am looking for and what signal it is?? If anyone has a pic of the inside of their stock distributor and ignitor it would help alot so I can see where this wires goes to...
I know this diagram if for a b series but the ignitors look the same..

99-00 Civics don't have the blue wire going into the distributor. That wire is for the tachometer signal, and the OBD2B (99-00) get the tach signal form the ECU directly into the chassis (under dash) harness.
