Default custom turbo questions

I am tired of my car being excessively slow. I am going to make my car slow by your standards, but its fine for me as a daily driver.

the car:
2.0 4cyl
6500rpm redline
factory compression- 10.3:1
120whp at 5600 rpm
123 tq peak at 4000
returnless fuel system.

the objective:
factory redline
daily drivability
175-180whp if the turbo can handle it without spinning it to death
spool at around 2750 rpm

parts purchased:
MSD Dis-2 Ignition
7.5 lb aluminum flywheel
1984 pontiac sunbird turbo-outfitted with T-28 compressor housing, 60 trim compressor wheel, 10 degree clip on the exhaust wheel (turbo is in new condition)

planned purchases:
SAFC-II -question #1 below
larger injectors-question #2 below
-That should cover ignition and fuel management, though I will probably need something to trick the factory MAP sensor into not seeing boost
exhaust manifold-question #3
mandrel bent turbo back exhaust piping -2.5" or 3"?
intercooler piping, intercooler-question #4

*the motor has only 20,000 miles on it, and I think its safe to boost it lightly* reports of people boosting to 230whp without changing internals has been accomplished without trouble.

questions:
#1--SAFC II, can I wire this to sense boost pressure in the manifold? (I would assume I need a different MAP sensor to send a signal to it-any reccomendations on what kind?)

#2--injectors...here's where it gets hairy (for a newb like me). here's my calculation for the FACTORY injectors.-factory fuel system runs at 49 PSI
This is a formula I got off of the MSD site
(135hpx0.5 BSFC)/(4 injectorsx0.8-duty cycle (80%))= 21.09 lb/hr =221cc
The factory injectors were tested at 185cc by RC engineering at 43 PSI
if you multiply that by 1.07 for the pressure difference (from RC engineering site)
means that the actual flow capacity of the injector is 198cc at 49 PSI -so according to that formula, a car can operate properly with injectors that are 89% of what MSD reccomends. *whew* i may be making this needlessly complex, but its fun

now for the planned horsepower goal:
(210 crank hp x 0.5)/(4 x 0.8)=31.25 lb/hr =328cc which means that IF i base my new injector calculation on the 89% theory, then I need 4 new 290 cc injectors to operate efficiently

#3-- I can have a tubular stainless steel manifold made for unknown sums of money, or I can use THIS http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=85&ai_id=630 for $340 shipped. which seems reasonable, is there anything that delineates that manifold as defective? would something like that work for my application? (dont worry about the type of car its for, i dont drive a honda)

#4-- what would be the best size piping to run? and is it a good idea to go from the compressor housing, straight to the size piping you want to use all the way up to the manifold, (I assume that multiple changes in size is bad, since the compression and expansion of gasses in the pipe would result in more heat and inefficiency) and another thing, do you think an ebay brand 12"X9"X2" intercooler would be okay for my application, or what size would be reccomended?

This is alot of crap, and I SINCERELY appreciate some help on this project. any useful information you can provide to me will be greatly welcomed, even if its not addressed above.

As soon as i seen your injector calculations I thought of this website.

#1 Stock map sensor can read 11 psi.(on a honda) what car is this going in???

#2 I'd recommend picking up some dsm 450cc injectors

#3 Seems fine to me, not the best maini in the world but it should get you by.

#4 since you only running a t25 you wouldn't need/want too large of piping. Id say 2"-2.5" charge piping. The ebay one will work but don't expect any huge drop in iat's.

Oh yea https://honda-tech.com/zerosearch
