my friend and I have a plan to turbocharge his Saturn SL1 with less than 500$. I know,... its not meant to be, but the compression, liters, valvetrain and gear ratios give me a good vibe.

Does anyone know any good links to building cumston turbos? Also, can a stock header be cut and flanged, or can the iron molded material no be welded? Im, not sure, but there are obviously no manifolds for this car.
