Re: Custom turbo & intercooler piping (zojirushi)
you can buy the DRAG piping from Ben@importparts.com for like $475
you can have a muffler shop weld it all together for you
you can buy mandrel bends from summit and do it yourself
you can take it to a shop and pay them a brick of $$ to do it
you can try to use a AEM CAI but I doubt you would be able to weld on a BOV
you can look for used pipes on e-bay and thepartstrader
i think those are the most likely to work, I sure someone can think of something else though.

If you get the mandrel bend piping for summit, some silicone couplers, and good clamps, I'm sure you could do it for <$200.

Re: Custom turbo & intercooler piping (SeaDawg)
Im planning on buying the bends, then tac welding them into place with a Mig welder (wire feed), then taking it to a muffler shop to have it all Tig welded. Im not that great at Tig welding (have only done it once) and I want the welds to look clean. I haven't decided what I want to use, stainless or aluminzed steel? I think I will also have the pipes powder coated the same color as my valve cover as well.

I just bought my piping last week. Here is a link http://www.jcwhitney.com/item.jhtml?ITEMID=4066
Aluminized steel 2.25. I got the ones with the longer legs so that I can cut to custom lenghts as needed. I bought 3 so cost was $75 shipped. The only thing I figure is I might need another 45 at the throttle body. This should be the cheapest way. BTW most muffler shops probably dont carry mandrel bends, atleast non around me did--you dont want crush bend. Also Its not really necessary to weld all the pieces, it'll look better and have less chance of blowing off couplings, but you can use the couplings, or even radiator hose if your cheap like me
When I get my piping I will show some pics of how I will be routing everything. Hope this helps ya!!
