Custom Turbo and AC
I searched the site for a while, but couldn't find any trheads on this...I'm planning a custom turbo install but NEED to keep my AC, does anyone have any pics of an install with AC, will I need to get a different compressor bracket...are there any manifolds that I should avoid? I was going to go with an HF manny, just to do a test fit/run to make sure everything's cool. I'm also going to either go with a front-mount IC infront of the radiator or something where the stock airbox would be with an airscoop from the front... Any help would be REALLY appreciated. It's a 93 Civic EX Coupe, by the way.

ive got a custom turbo setup in my cx hatchback on a d16z6 motor.......it has a 3" downpipe all the way to the back of the car, and i still have my AC....it blows COLD.....if the guy doing ur muffler work knows what he's doing, he should be able to make u a custom downpipe off of the turbo like my guy did........it is possible, and looks very clean.....plus u can take ur lady around town with AC in you boost

try: http://www.turbo-performance.com they handle your kinda problem all the time
Thanks, but it seems like the only down pipe they have listed for a civic, or teg for that matter, is one that would knock out the AC! Any other suggestions?
