I was thinking about making a custom ram air for my car.
My car's not worth upgrading (doubt I can get any parts, anyway) but something like a ram air would be cheap to do, so I'd like to give it a go.
My car's got a 2 litre engine, which puts out 61hp to the wheels, very underpowered, it won't rev over 5k, but the revmeter goes up to 7k.
I was wondering, since it's so underpowered, with a fairly low rev limit, would I actually see any difference from this mod?
I usually drive my car at about 70mph, and would like more acceleration between 44 and 70mph, for overtaking, etc.

ramair is not all that... you have to be going very fast (way faster than legal highway speeds around here) for it to do a tiny bit of work. sorry.
i remember you, werent you thinking about making a cold air intake for your car, i would imagine it would be more beneficial than the ram air, esp if you use a fairly restrictive filter right now.......
