Default CTR Meets b00st Project

Hello all,

Just took some shots of the project and thought i'd share them.... More Pics To Come!



(GT25 with a/c p/s compat manifold)



Oil return assembled and mounted



close up





Turbo water return 3/8 thread brass from LOWES installed in radiator drain port



Oil feed ran w/ T-fitting. Valve cover painted by yours truly with VHT wrinkle paint



Intercooler mounted & some piping



Passenger side, minor cutting req'd durr



top view. Intercooler and piping is from ProCivic.com



trimmed inside bumper for IC and piping, no external cosmetic trimming. cause thats fugly. not mounted, still going to center IC

almost finished everything today. just need a downpipe and spark plugs



Mounting turbo, clocked, and mounting oil return/feed



She's down there somewhere, literally no more room for anything. One-Snug-Snail



Radiator and water return going in.



All Int piping connected



Goodies from the mailman. Mounted up CTR cluster

1. Get rid of the JB weld oil pan and get one welded professionally.

2. Get rid of the T for the oil and get yourself a nice sandwich plate.

Getting tuned by Blake Barr of Pensacola on Neptune, and yes the turbo spools in the 2k's got a low-boost cut at the moment. The J/B weld is holding great and no leaks. I didn't want crazy horsepower, just someething fun and didnt want to take away too much from the CTR look.

You could just do a bulkhead fitting that you wont have to worry leaking or jbweld mess

x2....i was thinking maybe you have a b16b in there, but then i saw your signature and it says "white ctr"

He's a good guy and good tuner, you'll be happy.

I highly suggest you upgrade from a JB weld pan..and get a sandwich plate.

Hey quit hating, yes its got the b16, and full interior, console, shifter, full exhaust, cluster, steering wheel srs, and auto folding mirrors... it will be rhd soon, thats all thats left except door panels... this civic "DX" has cost a lot.

Nice project, he did clearly say "CTR look" in the thread. Nice looking Zenki CTR clone, coming along nicely. Yours has something a real CTR does not, torque.
