Default CRX Compression numbers

I did a compression test on my newly purchased CRX w/ ZC.

Chassis has 140k on it but the engine was supposed to only have 35-40k on it.

I got between 200 and 210 psi in all cylinders when I did the compression test on the motor. Doesn't this seem high? Compression for the motor is 9.6:1

Generally if your car has unusually high compression numbers, it indicates that you have lots of carbon build-up in your motor. But having around 200psi should be about normal for the CRX.
