crower help
does it matter which way you connect the rods? on one side of the rods it reads H1-H4 and i was told that those are surpose to face the back of the block, is this true?
I have a question to add....(sorry)
I have crower's as well, and I can't seem to remove the lower cap from the rod.
They have been used, but they had to remove the cap to get the rod off anyway...so how do I remove it without damaging the bearing surface?
Thanks

a rubber mallet also works, just lightly tap them and they should come loose. im trying to find a pic to answer your question as to how to mount the rods, when i find the pic ill post it up
ok, the stampings on the caps of the rods dont matter if they face the intake or exhaust side as long as all 4 of them are UNIFORM with each other. that means, markings facing all in 1 direction and not opposite to one another.
